Hey Kevin , im glad you could join us us here on the "f zone" .......i thought id reply because im in the last stages of what you are wanting to do..
its alot of work but so worth it... if money is an issue and you have use of some small equipment = welder, cutting torch, grinder, and possibly some air tools then i can can show you how to make some of this yourself.... but i will list the stuff you need wether money is an issue or not .......
FRONT-END
1) longer shocks
2) drop pitman arm
3) drop radius arm bracket
4) 4 degree c-bushings
5) extended brake lines
6) if equiped with sway bar (sway bar drop kit)
REAR-END
there is few different ways of lifting the rear of your truck here is a list
1) new leaf pack ($$$$$$$$) $-)
2) add-a-leaf (stiff) :wacko:
3) lift blocks (cheap but not safe) b-(
4)shackle flip (cheap, safe, and works great and i like it i built my own) 4.5 - 5" lift
needed for obove
1) longer shocks
2) extended brake lines
3) possibly shims and relocation plates (easy) depending on which way you go
BODY-LIFT
1) extra hands
like i said above i can show you how to build some of this yourself with the right tools.....if you want i can also tell you were to get the other stuff really cheap.... so let me know.....

my 78 f150 has 4" susp., 3" body, 460cid, 38" tires and will be getting a tilt bed, tilt front-end, winch bumper, dual batteries, most of it is stevebuilt not bought
