what tires

i am wanting to put some different tires on my 80 ford f150 was thinking of baja claws but have heard some bad reports on them,does anybody know anything about the pit bull tires i am going to be street driving and wheeling on the weekends.also does anybody know anything about the skyjacker 8 inch lift as they are the only ones i see that makes a lift that big i am new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
