parking lights will not go off

I have a 95 F-350 4X4. The clearance or running lights and the dash lights stay on when the switch is turned off. The headlights do go off however. I replaced the switch hoping it was the cause. I assume if is a relay but can not find the relay to check or replace. Thank you in advance for the help
