not getting spark

well i was wondering if anyone could help me my 79 f 250 isn't getting any spark to the plugs i get spark off the coil and i changed the cap and rotor button can anyone help me

You might want to check the coil wires as they sound like they are grounding out somewhere. Good Luck...

if you have recently put a tach to your coil undo the wire and see if that helps anything i had the same problem you just have to find a better ground for it
