new here just thought i'd say hello and introduce myself. name is josh 23 divorced live in kentucky no kids love my ol trucks and APBT's. i am currently in the process of starting a restomod on my 1978 extended cab. it has a 351m c6 2wd. interior is great shape. exterior has alot of rust places. cruise still works great (which surprises me). ac blows kinda cold air. i am thinking about lowering it. painting it one solid color instead of 2 tone. and rebuilding motor to get a lil more power. well any suggestions on this process would be helpful. like colors to paint it. aftermarket wheels. engine parts. well later on.

yea i noticed on this forum that theres not to many talkers. so i see why you moved your intro to here. thats too bad to be divorced at such a young age. good thing you didn't get any kids out of the deal that may have really cost you some money if it hasn't anyway. but i' ll say welcome and offer all the parts off of my 78 f150 custom that i'm parting out. i have the cab and whole interior except seat belts doors aren't too bad as far as rust. and i still have the front fenders and hood. no inner fenders or core support. i still have the front disc setup and steering gear. if you need any parts maybe we can trade some stuff or i can sell it you you cheap its taking up room and i don't want to here from the city about old cars sitting around. i'd trade for about anything of value even a good tv set. see you around here. oh and two tone paint was a more expensive option from the factory so that is something to keep in mind.

yeah it does suck but life goes on

. where ya located? i could use the fenders and doors for sure. and maybe the front disc setup. well give me a shout and let me knwo. and i'll keep the 2 tone thing in mind.
