 some one help me! my problem is i have a 84" bronco w/351w hooker headers and pass. side hang's low to go under the 't' case. Is their any one using headers that hug the body and if so what kind ? thank's flame351

My 82 shouldn't be too different from yours with the exception of a body lift (4" here) possibly.

On mine, starting from the header flange to the muffler.

You can see the extreme angle that had to be welded onto the flange. This was a bend, cut in half. Inbetween the green lines, you can see the passenger side exhaust.

You can see how the pipe goes above the transfer case, yet still has ample room for the floor pan.

Same pipe, different angle.

And to the muffler.

Maybe this will give you some ideas about how to route the exhaust.
As you can see, my exhaust is purely functional frankensteined pipes.

If you are not concerned with being smog legal :-& , BigN has the best solution, 4" lift and over the top. I don't see cataletic converters on these  . If you happen to live where that kind of stuff is checked for  then you have to come up with a way to fit CATs into the picture.

Good luck,

:)>-

Looks great except for the exhaust leak at the muffler in the bottom picture. b-( In case you don't know what I am looking at, it is the black stuff that looks like it is coming forward.
