80 f-150 camber bushing intsall

Hi, ihave 1980 f-150 4x4 with dana 44ttb front axle. I recently just put coil spacers up front and was going to install adjustable camber bushings next. I was wondering if the bushing can be install by removing the upper ball joint nut followed by the original alignment bushings. thanks take care
