77 F250 spindles

I have a 77 f250 that has an unservicable front rt spindle. Had to be cut off. I have since learned that these parts and the rotor hub assembly are no longer manufactured and are in fact about as rare as hens teeth. I understand (Thanks to this forum) that later model spindels can be used. I have the 5 hole knuckle. Does this require replacing the rotor and hub assembly also? And is it ,I suppose reccommended to change out both sides? Sounds expensive. Thanks for any help.

I would reccomend using the newer hub just for simplicity, I.E. buying seal and bearings. The spindles can still be found, try Ebay and broncograveyard.com
