'77 302 basline RPM and timing

My 77 F100 did not have the vehicle emissions decal when I bought it and I cannot find one for sale.

I'm trying to firgure out what the baseline timing and rpms are.

The decal illistration in my Haynes manual shows several different rpm possibilities based on selinoid off, curb, fast, park, nuetral etc.

I'm replacing the 2 barrel carb and need a starting point.

The truck has an automatic transmission.

Any ideas
