Hello i just got back from 4 wheel parts, i what to lift my 95 bronco 4" they also said that i need some rim and tires 15 x 8 with 33" x 12.5 is this a good tire combo or should i get 15 x 10 rim and if so will they stick-out to much ?
thanks guys

YUou can use either a 15x 8 or 15x 10 wheel with a 12.50 wide tire. It will give you more clearance for offroadind and yes it will stick out more. Only an inch more with the same backspacing

As a general guideline, use the 15x8 or narrow rims for mud, and the 15x10's for sand, dirt or rocks. You won't have as much sidewall bulge with the wider rims. I split the difference, went with 15x9" rims for my 35's that only see mud.

there is an advantage to a narower rim though. you can run a lower psi without beadlocks, and have to worry less about loosing a bead. i got a buddy who ran his 12.50 SXs on 7 wide wheels. he ran like 10 psi tops on the trail and hardly ever had problems with beads. were in college so beadlocks are expensive

My dad runs his 33x14.50 tires on 15x10 rims at 4 psi with no problems
