1993 F-350 lift

I have a 1993 F-350 1ton.. With the 351w..And what wondering what kits there where to lift my Truck 4-5in? It has the dana 60's from what i know.

What size tires would i beable to fit under there? i have 35's on there stock right now. Can i just peice together a lift kit? What things need to be changed? brakelines,ect??

any picture of a lifted Truck of this series would be great to see
