I have an 88 Ranger XL, 4 cylinder, 5 speed Manual Transmission. The truck will not start. There is no power at all, lights, radio, etc. The battery has been tested and is good. Can someone please tell me what might be wrong with it? I do not have a lot of money and would like to know what I may be up against.
