1975 Supercab sizing

Are the Actual Cab's of a 1975 Supercab F-100, F-250 and F-350 the same in size and dimensions?

I'm looking to build a offroad prerunner so all I need is the cab and frame rails. The hood, front fenders and rears will be Fiberglass.
I assume they are, but I wanted to double check.
